To ensure you receive the right material for your application, please include order information for each of the categories listed below. For more detailed product information, refer to the chart in this  product selector guide.

When ordering specify the following information:

GRADE:

• RT/duroid^® 5870,5880 Glass Microfiber Reinforced Polytetrafluoroethylene Composite Materials
• ULTRALAM^® 2000 Woven Glass Reinforced Polytetrafluoroethylene Material.
• RT/duroid^® 6002,6202  Polytetrafluoroethylene Composite Material
• RT/duroid^® 6006, 6010, and 6010LM Ceramic Polytetrafluoroethylene Composite Materials
• RO3003^™, RO3035™,  RO3006™, RO3010™, RO3203™, RO3210™, RO4003C™, RO4350B™ High Frequency Circuit Materials.
• RO4403™/RO4450B^™ Prepreg
• TMM 3,4,6,10 and 10i.

PANEL THICKNESS, TOLERANCE AND SIZES:
Dielectric is the thickness without the copper. Refer to the RT/duroid, ULTRALAM 2000 standard thickness and panel sizes page and RO3003, 3006, 3010, 3203, 3206, 3210 and RO4003C, 4350B standard thickness and panel sizes page for a listing of thickness' and tolerances.

• RT/duroid - ¼, ½, 1 and 2 ounce electrodeposited and ½, 1 and 2 ounce rolled copper foil or unclad.
• TMM - ½, 1 and 2 ounce electrodeposited
• *ULTRALAM 2000 - ½, 1 and 2 ounce electrodeposited and rolled copper foil.
• *RO3003, *3006, *3010. 3203, 3210 laminates - ½ and 1 ounce electrodeposited copper two sides.
• *RO4003C - ½ and 1 ounce electrodeposited copper foil two sides.
• *RO4350B - ½ and 1 ounce electrodeposited copper foil two sides

Thick aluminum, copper and brass claddings are also available in a range of thickness' and thickness tolerances. Other metal backings are available upon request. Standard heavy metal thicknesses

*Thick metal backing is not available on ULTRALAM 2000, RO3000® series and RO4000® laminates.

SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Standard specifications are Rogers material specification.
All other specification requirements must be identified at the time the order is placed. If special testing or data generation is required, additional costs may be incurred.
