ROGERS EXPRESS PROGRAM EXPANDED FOR RO4000^® series  PRODUCTS.

• Rogers has added 2 new standard offerings to our Express Program for the RO4003C™ product line:  In addition to the current .008", .020", .032" and .060" dielectric thicknesses, we have added .012" and .016" dielectric thicknesses.

• Rogers has added 2 new standard offerings to our Express Program for the RO4350B™ product line: In addition to the current .004", .0066", .010", .020", .030" and .060" dielectric thicknesses, we have added .0133" and .0166" dielectric thicknesses.

• Standard .5 oz and 1 oz cladding are offered for the current and new thicknesses

• Reduced expediting charges

• Increased inventory of Express Packs

Rogers is pleased to announce that we are adding new standard core thicknesses with both 1/2 oz and 1 oz copper cladding to our Express program, to more completely service the needs of our current and future customers.  These new offerings are in response to sustained demand increase for thinner laminate cores.  We have also increased the number of express packs we carry in inventory to prevent any stock out potential.

Express packs leadtimes are subject to availability, consult factory for actual leadtime for your order.  Rogers Express is designed for those times when quick turns and fast response to scrap recoveries are critical for your business success.  We can provide you with product, off -the-shelf, through the Express Program.  We are now able to offer a wider variety of core thicknesses for the products that you need the most, in a hurry.

For those customers who absolutely must have a guaranteed same day ship, we have modified the expediting charge to be a flat expediting fee of $100.   We will continue to offer our standard next business day shipment on Rogers Express for no additional expedite fee.  Last year, many of the Express Packs that we shipped the same day did not require an expedite fee.   Those customers that did not require a guaranteed same day ship and were able to place orders early enough in the day to give us the opportunity to ship Express product without adversely impacting other customers who placed standard orders well in advance.

Expedite Policy for Rogers Express

• Order placed by noon (AZ):  Standard next day ship.   No expedite fee.

• Order placed by noon (AZ):  Request Guaranteed same day ship.  $100 expedite fee per shipment.

• Maximum 6 express packs per part configuration  (consult your CSR to when more than 6 are required)

• To qualify for a $100 flat fee, all express pack configurations must be on the same purchase order and the same shipment.

• Standard panel size is 24”x18”

• Minimum order of one package, 5 panels per package
