Robert D. Wachob became President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in April of 2004. Mr. Wachob was formerly Rogers' President and Chief Operating Officer, a position he has held since April 2002, and prior to that served as Executive Vice President. In addition to Mr. Wachob's role as President and CEO, he also holds a seat on the Board of Directors.
Mr. Wachob joined Rogers in 1984, serving key leadership roles in the areas of Sales and Marketing and Operations. As Executive Vice President, he was responsible for Corporate Development activities, including corporate acquisitions, and for both domestic and international sales and marketing functions.
Prior to joining Rogers, Mr. Wachob was a national sales and marketing executive at Smith Kline Beckman, Inc., in Fullerton, California.
Degrees: Mr. Wachob received a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University in 1969 and an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University in 1972.
