Rogers Induflex N.V. and Prymetall Are Partners in Cable Product Line Gent, Belgium, May 12, 2003: Rogers Induflex N.V. (NYSE:ROG) of Gent, Belgium, and Prymetall Gmbh & Co. KG of Stolberg, Germany, today announced that they have entered into a long-term agreement to work together as partners in the development of an advanced cable shielding product line. Prymetall will supply copper strips to Rogers Induflex N.V. to be laminated and slit into tapes. The new materials, designated as the LG 5000 series of copolymer coated copper laminates, are now available for use in medium and high voltage energy, fiber-optic and telecom cable applications. In addition to supplying the copper, Prymetall will also assume primary responsibility for the sales and marketing of the products.
