Foam Solutions for Consumer Appliance Applications

Rogers Corporation PORON® Cellular Urethanes and BISCO® Cellular and Solid Silicones can be used to solve a wide range of challenges in the consumer appliances market. Applications include:

  • Spacers, Spring Applications, Foam Gasket Strips, Motor Noise and Vibration Damping in dishwashers and washing machines.  
  • Window Gaskets and Oven Door Gaskets in ranges, stoves, and ovens
  • Motor Vibration Damping, Mating of Uneven Surfaces, Leak Protection in refrigerators

Choose from the following Rogers high performance foams available for use in the consumer appliance market:

PORON Cellular Urethanes. Foams are that are soft, compressible, and offer excellent compression set resistance. 

BISCO Silicones. Materials can tolerate extreme temperatures and deflect heat away from sensitive components.
