NITROPHYL® Floats
Custom floats are available in nearly any shape, and with plastic, metal, or magnetic metal inserts. Some standard floats are also available.
NITROPHYL® floats are used for liquid level sensing in fuel tanks, oil reservoirs, and for other applications where the accurate, reliable measurement of liquid level is important. Rogers closed-cell float material is known for its resistance to most fuels, oils, aqueous solutions, solvents, and chemicals.
NITROPHYL-M floats, which offer improved resistance to methanol, are often specified for fuel mixtures.
